How does CallRail work?

We generate a tracking phone number that forwards to your main phone number. Customers dial the new number, we forward the call, and you answer your main phone like you usually do.

If I have multiple clients, can I create a separate login for each client?

You can create separate company accounts and client logins within your account. Your clients will only have access to their call data.

What happens if I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account any time. Your numbers will be released at the end of your billing cycle. Calls will no longer be routed to your business.
